By engaging Dealer Guide, you authorise us to act on your behalf for the purpose of sourcing vehicles, coordinating pricing discussions, and introducing you to relevant third parties such as motor dealers, finance brokers, lenders, insurers, and other service providers where appropriate.
You authorise Dealer Guide to:
- contact motor dealers, finance brokers, lenders, insurance companies or brokers and service providers on your behalf
- share information you provide with relevant third parties where required to deliver the service
- receive information from third parties relating to vehicle availability, pricing, finance options, or insurance options
You acknowledge that:
- Dealer Guide is an independent vehicle sourcing and introduction service
- Dealer Guide does not sell vehicles, provide finance or insurance, or give financial or insurance advice
- any agreement you enter into is strictly between you and the relevant third party
- Dealer Guide’s service is free to use
- Dealer Guide may receive fees or commissions from third parties if a transaction proceeds
This authority remains valid until withdrawn by you. You may withdraw your authority at any time by notifying Dealer Guide.
This Service Authority is subject to change at any time. The current version will always be available on our website.
